PARENTS AT LUNCH (PALS)

Volunteers Needed

PALS (Parents at Lunch) helps Boals Elementary's youngest students with adjusting to their new lunch routine. Volunteers lending a hand typically help with opening food packages, helping children obtain napkins and utensils, and monitoring the students for anything that needs a teacher's attention. Volunteers can sign up as often as they would like -- help once a week, twice a month, or at any time your schedule allows. Sign up dates will be available throughout the year.

MARY'S MARKETPLACE

About Mary's Marketplace

Boals students earn Boals Bucks for going above and beyond demonstrating our school-wide expectations. Each month, students have the opportunity to use their Boals Bucks to purchase items from our school store, Mary's Marketplace. Students are allowed to purchase 2 items. In class, students complete their order form and place it in a bag along with their Boals Bucks.

Volunteers

During each grade level lunch, our Mary's Marketplace volunteers place the student's items they purchased in a plastic bag with the student's order form. The teacher will then distribute the Mary's Marketplace items when they return to class.
